Davido has accused Mayorkun of neglecting him now he has become a star in the Nigerian and African music scene.
Davido has jovially told his protege, Mayorkun that he feels neglected as the young star has ostracized him from every detail about what goes on in his life and music career. The boss and his boy got into a conversation when Mayorkun called him on his Instagram Live video session and that was where Davido expressed his views on Mayor . “You i no even know where you dey dey again sef, you no even dey call me, you don free me oo, you don blow you don free me.” Davido said
Mayorkun then responded, “I don do wetin? You dey whine me abi, which kind whinning be dis?”
Davido signed Mayorkun in 2016 and since then he has turned out to be a music star. His debut single was “Eleko” which became an instant nationwide hit and since then, he’s gone on to release hit records such as “Mama,” “Sade,” “Love You Tire” and others. He has had sold out shows both in Nigeria and outside of it and currently gearing up for his major headline show billed for November 2019 at the prestigious Indigo at the O2. Mayorkun also already has an album to his name; “The Mayor Of Lagos (TMOL),” which he dropped towards the end of last year.
