Chelsea has been linked to several top players this time around and after leading the team to a Champions League title and a qualification for a chance to defend their title, Tuchel is tipped to be provided with a replica of the same funds they spent bringing in the likes of Werner, Havertz, Mendy, Ziyech amongst others as they are determined to bolster their ranks by bringing in more players with quality enough to compete and win the Premier League title next season. However, the majority of the deals Chelsea are completing and announcing are departure deals, sales of players.
