The mother of Big Brother Naija housemate, Kiddwaya couldn’t hold back the tears that welled up while watching her son represent his state during the recent Indomie Challenge.
Today, Kiddwaya and his fellow housemates were given another task in the house — the Indomie Challenge. Each housemate, though paired into 7 groups, were expected to cook Indomie noodles and subsequently present their cooked meal accompanied with a brief history exposition of their respective tribes.
Kiddwaya, an ally of Wathoni, wore the traditional attire of the Idoma people of Benue state, despite the fact that he is originally from Tiv. He talked about the abundance of food in his state known as ‘The Food Basket of The Nation’ and the traditional dance steps(which he said was difficult to learn), amongst other things.
Susan Waya, a UK-based philanthropist and entrepreneur, was all soaked up in tears in a video she posted recently, unabashedly stating how proud she is of how son and how far he has gone so far in the Big Brother Naija house.
In her words: “I’m so, so happy for Kiddwaya. For his discipline and for the fact that he hasn’t forgotten where he is from and that he is appreciating my pocho(a local Tiv delicacy). I’m overwhelmed. ”
She thanked the fans of Kiddwaya and also urged them to continue voting for her son.
